As the founder of PHAZE and a master craftsman in the art of welding, Dan Guillou has created the PHAZE Welding Technology Center as a unique training facility to pass along his skills to the next generation of welders.

PHAZE advisors work with Dan to offer insight and feedback on the growth and strategy of the company. PHAZE’s three current advisors have deep experience in fast growth companies, positioning and strategy, and deep domain knowledge in technical education.
